	We imported from Alsace, France our first Friesian mare, Nikita as well as her foal, Gamine in 2002 with the goal of starting a small family breeding operation. It was the beginning of a beautiful love story and the birth of a devouring passion for these magnificent horses. Over the years our family has grown and the herd now consists of 5 subjects. Through our horses, we discovered the art of dressage and the world of competition with our mare, Gamine. It quickly became evident that to produce beautiful, friendly and well mannered horses would not suffice…These black pearls need to possess athletic abilities of high levels and require the aptitudes to compete against the best sport horses of all breeds . When reviewing the origins of the Friesian horse it becomes evident that they are part of the warmblood family. Their bloodlines are those of cold blooded horses from their Friesian ancestors and hot blooded horses from the Andalusian being a notable contributor to the Friesian breed we love today. We believe that by respecting the highest standards of the official breed registries and by rigorously searching to improve our stock, we will obtain high caliber foals that will have the potential to attain the highest levels of performance.
